Participants are led through a simple technique of printing patterns on textiles, using visual elements inspired by the city of Sharjah. Participants will learn to create stamps which will then be used to transfer their impressions and designs for patterns onto plain fabrics.
This workshop will introduce participants to designer and artist Khalid Mezaina’s work titled “Emirian” from the Al Haraka Baraka exhibition. This workshop is suitable for adults.
