“Palm Eyes” is a public art engagement programme designed and managed by the Emirati artist Azza Al Qubaisi allowing the audience to create a sustainable artwork by expressing themselves on the Palm Tree Kurab using different materials such as sand, acrylic paints and accessories.

Participants will be able to use reflective surfaces such as mirrors on the palm eye to express the illusion of the reflection through painting. The workshop will evolve with individuals adjusting the palm eye on a metal structure that will be customized and created for the workshop. A final artwork will be made during the workshop that combines all palm eyes of participants in one unique piece.
